Yeah I’ve always been worried about not having backups. I’m one of these people who doesn’t print stuff out. You can easilly save backups in Excel but somehow Outlook seems much harder to do that.

PST files contain all emails, contacts, notes and tasks. Backup depends upon the importance of your emails. If your emails are important for you and your business, you should backup regularly. You can recover emails from back up at the time of disaster. Some time if backup is not able to restore all information, you can try Outlook PSt repair software to restore all information from corrupted pst files.
