Thousands of new malware and written and distributed every day. Most of them could not make significant impact, but some of them really go viral and create havoc to the Internet Security.
But have you ever come across a tool, which can create a custome made malware / virus for you just with some clicks.
Panda Security has just found a DIY virus creator, which can prepare a malware for your custom preferences. It has been named as BitTera.C.
BitTera.C is a virus constructor type malware. To be more precise, BitTera.C allows to create any type of malware with different functions.
This application allows to configure the malware to be created with the following functions, among others:
- To disable the Task Manager or the Windows Registry Editor.
- To hide the icons of the Desktop or the Start button.
- To prevent certain applications from being runsuch as the calculator or the Notepad.
BitTera.C does not spread automatically using its own means. It needs an attacking user’s intervention in order to reach the affected computer.

Things like that shouldn’t be around the web, it lets script-kiddies and other random people create malware too easy. Anyway this is very easy to make if you know a little bit about C++. And most of the thins like delete all fonts, screensavers won’t work in Vista or higher.
