Free Spyware Checkers and Online Malware Scanners will always have their place in a robust Internet security plan for any computer. It is fact that every security software, howsoever efficient and effective, can never be complete and detect all types of malware and spyware.
There are lots of security software vendors fighting the daily growth of malware and spyware. And it is always good to take a second opinion when it comes to Internet Security.
We suggest to choose a good Security Software for your machine and regularly scan your system with some good online Spyware Checker Tools. In case you want, we have already covered about 6 Best Free Online File Scanners for Malware and Virus on this blog.
BitDefender Online Scanner is one such online malware and spyware checker. Today I just visiting their website, and I noticed that they allow you the scans only if you are browsing Internet with Internet Explorer.
It is strange, and very pre-2005ish.
In this period, when people are becoming fan of Firefox for its addons and extensions, Google Chrome for its raw speed, Safari for its elegance and Opera for its versatility, it is really hard to believe that a security software vendor, which strive for updating your software regularly, keep their own processes so late to update.
When you are employing some lazy practices, how can you expect your customers to be updating your software regularly.
Its simply lame and lazy.
Or is it some marketing tactics hand-in-glove with Microsoft?

Yeah, in this case, Silki. I totally agreed with you! According to the survey, there are more than 300 million Firefox users and the number is steadily increasing day after day…
Honestly, if the BitDefender didn’t allow the firefox users to install it, then I won’t be bothered to use it at all!
