The persons who doing this type of the spam works must be avoided for the purpose of the regular management of the site and the mail. They should feel for that otherwise there is no solution without the awareness..Spam will be managed to follow the regular protection against it.

I don't agree with your post. i think we should not avoid spam emails. There may be any important mail in the spam folder.

Hi Jus,
You missed the point, I guess.
The spammers usually buy the email lists in bulk, and most of them are dead, usually inactive email IDs. It is upto them to filter these email IDs, to know which are dead and which are active emails.
When, you click on "unsubscribe", actually you help the spammer to learn that your email ID is active. This will prompt him to send you more spams in future.
Had you not clicked on that "unsubscribe", the spammer would have thought that your email ID is dead, and you might not have received future spams from him.
I hope I am able to clarify.

What's the point..from my experience..it depends on the sender. If he/she is responsible person, thene he will unlist your email when you unsubscribe..but if they aren't..no point..they will still send..

Just my 2 cents
