Sounds good. But I don't have any experience with LogMeIn. I am using RHUB remote desktop appliance in my college and it really works well. Guess it's a better alternative for commercial purposes. It allows for a collaborative remote support and ensures consistent remote connection and advanced in features.

The two big players in remote desktop software seem to be LogMeIn and Proxy Networks. I have tried them both and even though I decided to stick with Proxy, I think you really cannot go wrong with either one of them. These programs are so helpful that it really should be a matter of quality rather than brand recognition.
