Colg has block the site and i cn’t access into fb, even ultrasurf is not working? so is thier any other solution to access into particular site?

I have problem with the internet access at my collage
They blocked storage sites like rapidshare, megaupload, mediafire, etc.(include facebook, youtube)
when downloading, the maximum speed is only 2kb/s whereas if it direct download, the speed 200KB/s to 2MB/s
I hope there are solutions for this problem
